This project was a complete renovation of a historical building in downtown Prescott for use of a retail gallery on the first floor, office suites on the second floor, and a banquet hall with complete kitchen on the top floor. We were able to install a new elevator to the existing building and bring the entire building up to code and ADA conformance.
