Meet Our Team
The Haley team is forged out of years of experience, local relationships and a lasting legacy of foundational values.
Gillian joined Haley Construction in 2008 after completing her Masters in Real Estate Development, MRED. As part-owner, she values her relationships with clients, architects and community members. She is well-versed in real estate development principals such as market analysis, land planning and entitlements, design fundamentals, and construction.
Jeff’s experience in construction began at an early age as the son of a residential home builder. However, he took a detour into graphic design and marketing right after college. After a decade plus in that industry he shifted back to the construction world and never looked back. He has worked for both large and small contractors in virtually every aspect of construction.
He joined Haley in 2011 as a superintendent on a large project for a local college. Jeff fit right in at Haley Construction and has since transitioned his way into project management and estimating. He is part of our executive team as well, and is involved with client relations, business development and marketing.
