This 40,000 square foot CMAR project incorporated a pre-engineered metal building to house the showroom offices and service bays expanding Haley’s experience and familiarity in metal building. Through careful value engineering, regular consultation with designers and engineers, and regular targeted subcontractor evaluation of the project, Haley was able to find cost savings of more than half of a million dollars, while increasing the scope of work provided to the client.
