Tenant improvements to a 4,500 square foot space in an existing 100+ year old building. From the intricate graphics to all new contemporary lighting the entire space was transformed. We were able to bring all the aspects of a modern restaurant into this classic structure all the while working over the fully operational stores and a meadery on the lower floors.
