This project consisted of 14,000 square feet of new construction and 25,000 square feet of renovation. Installed new elevator into the existing building, complete renovation of all HVAC and electrical systems, and the relocation of bathrooms. This project resulted in substantial energy savings, approximately 2000 sq. ft. of interior space gained, and around 1,500 sq. ft. of landscaping saved.
