The Phippen Museum was a 10,000 square foot addition to the existing museum. Haley Construction Company was selected as the CMAR and Contractor thru an interview process with the Board of Directors. Bill Haley, Project Manager worked with the Project Manager for the museum and the Architect to value engineer and design the project to meet the needs and budget requirements of the museum. The construction consisted of a two-story frame structure which was connected to the existing museum while allowing the museum to maintain their daily activities. It included a dry fire sprinkler system in the existing and new museum; extensive lighting for art displays and finishes appropriate to the museum requirements.
