Haley had the privilege of bringing our client’s dream of turning an old trailer park into an award winning brewery to fruition. After the old and abandoned trailers were removed from the property Haley moved the caretakers home from the property to find new life with another family. A 5,000 square foot metal building was erected. A full restaurant kitchen and complete brewing facility is housed within. The exterior siding was encouraged to rust, making the building appear to have been there for decades. Reclaimed materials were used throughout the project. Including reclaimed wood for the bar counter top and reclaimed concrete for exterior patio walls
