This project was a Historic Rehabilitation and expansion of the AT&T building, which was built in 1933. The project included preserving the exterior terracotta by performing maintenance and cleaning the face. The Rehabilitation phase included the addition of an elevator, a commercial kitchen, bathrooms and a roof patio. The banquet room had extensive detailing to match the original Hassayampa Inn.
